LOCAL SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Littleloads. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. A surcharge may apply for delivery requests on Sunday or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your delivery may be delayed, so please allow for additional days in transit during delivery. If there will be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

  • Shipment method | Little Loads Tipper Truck

  • Estimated delivery time | 1-2 business days

  • Shipping location | Perth Metro only

  • Shipment cost | Calculated at checkout based on your location. (If you are located 50km or more from our depot in High Wycombe, please give us a call on 08 9454 5033 for a quote.)

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped with an order tracking number(s) included for reference. Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Delivery Instructions

 

Unless otherwise advised, your order will be placed on the front verge of the property address provided. Please fill out the message box located on the checkout page with any specific delivery instructions. Additional information regarding access to the property/site is appreciated by our staff. Please note that some larger orders, such as soils, sands, or mulch may require a bigger area for unloading. Once unloaded, the product cannot be loaded back into the truck to move to another location.

 

We will contact you on the phone number you supplied to arrange a different drop off area if we are experiencing difficulties to unload your order to the location you provided due to unforeseen circumstances, for example, road accidents, road works, emergency situations, construction issues, etc that is happening near the location you have intended for the delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to products you have purchased and PICK UP from our yard at Littleloads, High Wycombe location.

 

Not applicable to products that required delivery - please read ‘ALL SALES FINAL POLICY’ below.

  

To be eligible for a return that you have picked up, your item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges or Returns (if applicable)

Only applicable to products you have picked up. If you have picked up the wrong product at our yard, please give us a call on (08) 9454 5033.

 

Unless prior to the arrangement of the return you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  

ALL SALES FINAL POLICY

FOR ONLINE ORDER AND DELIVERY

 

This applies to all online orders and delivery of customised quantity products (in cubic metre sizes) such as Soils, Sands, Mulch, Quarry products, Firewoods, etc. Once the products are delivered to your location cannot be returned or refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or return when product types, quantities or delivery address are ordered wrongly. This is due to the high delivery and labour costs to pick up products that had already been tipped at the delivery address.

 

Before you checkout, please do check your order carefully that you have selected the right product type, right quantities and right delivery address. If you have made an error, please call us on (08) 9454 5033 immediately to change your order.

Delivery costs of the products are non-refundable if the delivery address is entered wrongly at checkout. Please provide the right address and instructions at the checkout page.

 

Unless instructed, the delivery of your order will be placed on your front lawn or any areas that are available near your address. Please use the 'DELIVERY INSTRUCTION' box at checkout if you have a specific area that is accessible for our truck to drop off your order. Also, please provide your mobile number in case we have to get in touch with you regarding your delivery.

 

However, if the wrong product is delivered (different from your order confirmation note) then a replacement of the right product will be offered to you. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
